In-Network care with Kaiser Permanente’s integrated health care delivery system provides the most coordinated care with the lowest out-of-pocket costs for office visits and pharmacy copayments.
Network Providers
Members can access Network Providers through the Private Healthcare Systems (PHCS) Network for Kaiser Permanente Insurance Company for care in the Kaiser Permanente states of GA or when travelling to other Kaiser Permanente states of CA, CO, HI, MD, OR, VA, WA and DC. Members can access Network Providers through the Cigna Healthcare PPO Network when outside of the Kaiser Permanente states.
Out-of-Network Providers
Members can receive services from any licensed provider or facility they choose.
