KP Plus
Overview
The KP Plus plans are traditional HMO/DHMO plans with an added benefit, called the out-of-network benefit. This gives members more choices and more convenience by allowing them to see any licensed provider in the country for certain covered outpatient services (visit limits apply).
Kaiser Permanente care delivery system:
In-network care from Kaiser Permanente’s highly-rated, integrated care delivery system. This option provides the most coordinated care with the lowest out-of-pocket costs.
Out-of-Network:
Members can also receive services from any licensed provider or pharmacy they choose, up to 10 physician visits or outpatient medical services and 5 fills within any licensed out-of-network pharmacy.
