You have the option to access the Kaiser Permanente care delivery system in Georgia, or any licensed out-of-network provider in the country.
In-Network Provider

- Access any Kaiser Permanente provider or pharmacy, or any affiliated hospital in Georgia to get coordinated care through our integrated system.

Out-of-Network Providers
Choose any licensed provider anywhere for care.
- You can work directly with any licensed provider or facility anywhere in the country. No referral is needed for office visits to out-of-network providers or specialists. You’ll generally pay higher out-of-pocket costs when you receive services from an out-of-network provider or facility. You have access to any licensed provider outside of the Kaiser Permanente care delivery system, any time, for up to 10 provider office visits or covered outpatient medical services each year. Members can have 5 fills within any licensed out-of-network pharmacy each year, up to a 30-day supply per fill.
